Steffen Kröhnert is President & Founder of ESPAT-Consulting based in Dresden, Germany. Until June 2019, he worked for more than 20 years in different R&D, engineering, and management positions at large IDMs and OSATs in Germany and Portugal, namely Siemens, Infineon, Qimonda, NANIUM, and Amkor, where he most recently served as Senior Director Technology Development. Since 2016 Steffen has chaired or co-chaired the European SEMI-integrated Packaging, Assembly, and Test - Technology Community (ESiPAT-TC). Steffen holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Microsystems Technologies from the Technical University of Chemnitz, Germany.

Manor previously served as VP of Sales and Marketing at Signature-IT (www.signature-it.com), a software company providing data management solutions for industrial companies, and held senior sales and marketing positions at Jungo (www.jungo.com) – a NDS company. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Economics from Tel-Aviv University. Kamelia Duczmal has been working in the Additive Manufacturing sector for the past 7 years. Last two years focusing on ramping up the utilisation of the XTPL ultra-precise deposition technology across the electronics industry, promoting printing of submicron conductive structures and enabling the miniaturisation trend. Previously, Kamelia has worked at 3YOURMIND, the AM software provider developing a platform dedicated to 3D manufacturing execution control and digital warehouse management, where she supported industry leaders in shortening the learning curve in implementation of 3D printing technology in their production processes. Before joining the AM industry, Kamelia gained her experience of project management at the junction of business and academia while working at the Wroclaw Academic Hub founded by the City of Wroclaw, where she coordinated 18 innovative projects. She graduated from the University of Wroclaw in the field of Anthropology of Culture, and did her post-diploma courses in the subject of Cross-border Cooperation between the EU Interregions.

Eyal Weiss is a multidisciplinary technology expert, with a background in machine learning, plasma physics, optical assemblies, laser technology, and electromagnetics. He is a recipient of multiple awards, including the prestigious "Israel security prize" twice. He has 17 years of experience leading research at Soreq Research Center (SRC) and has designed and built several manufacturing production lines utilizing advanced technology and AI. He holds a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, M.Sc. in Plasma Physics from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He is the founder and CTO of Cybord, which develops electronic component qualification and authentication technologies. Dr. Weiss is a member of the Israel Innovation Authority, Euramet, SAE, and IPC committees and has published over 25 peer-review articles, 5 patents, and a book.
